Voice of Triumph Apostolic Ministries (VOTAM) is an Affiliate/Branch of the Church of Jesus Christ the Lord, Inc. located in Vernon, Connecticut and led by Overseer Dalton Romeo Hall and Lady Racquel Natalee Hall.

HOW WE WERE BORN: The VOTAM ministry was launched on January 2, 2020, in obedience to the voice of God at the dawn of a new decade. From its inception, the ministry has been purpose-driven and firmly established on sound doctrine, fervent prayer, and a commitment to build according to God’s divine pattern. What began just before a season of global uncertainty was clearly ordained, positioning the ministry to stand as a stable, Spirit-led house in changing times.
VOTAM remains grateful for the apostolic covering of Bishop Dr. Raymond Berger Sr. and Bishop Gale Sampson-Lee, whose wisdom and guidance have helped steward the ministry with balance and strength. Pastor Hall’s service also extends into the broader apostolic body through his administrative contributions to Victorious Apostolic Churches (VAC) and Church of Jesus Christ The Lord (CJCTL).

Over the past six years, VOTAM has experienced meaningful growth in both impact and reach. The ministry has strengthened discipleship through a committed Sunday School Department serving children, youth, and adults, while also expanding beyond the church walls through intentional outreach. Signature efforts include the Breast Cancer Awareness Initiative, which has distributed Bags of Love to survivors and families and donated over $7,000 to the Hartford HealthCare Cancer Center. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, the ministry remained active, hosting drive-through worship services, supporting the community through prayer, and distributing care packages to first responders. In October 2025, VOTAM celebrated another milestone with its first Pink Ribbon Brunch, reflecting the ministry’s heart for faith in action and love through service.
The vision of VOTAM has also expanded globally and generationally. In September 2022, churches were launched in Kisii and Kisumu, Kenya, resulting in transformed lives and souls added to the Kingdom. Through the VOTAM Academy Theological Seminary and Vacation Bible School, the ministry has invested intentionally in education and spiritual formation, while empowerment initiatives such as the Women’s Empowerment Forum, September to Remember Conference, and the Tri-State Youth & Adult Summit have strengthened the body. Through every season, worship, outreach, fellowship, and Jubilee declarations, VOTAM stands as living proof that when God builds the house, it will endure. As the ministry continues forward in partnership with CJCTL, the declaration remains: as we go together, we will grow together; to God be all the glory for what He has done and what is yet to come.
